The Aula Magna programme, which forms part of the UNESCO Chair of the University of Andorra, is a joint initiative created in 2004 that involves the University of Andorra and the Commune of Andorra la Vella. From October to May it schedules a programme of academic activities combining theory and practice, as well as cultural outings. The course sessions are designed for the country’s elderly people, who share them with younger students. The aim is to make the University and knowledge accessible to all ages.
