To study a full degree at the University of Andorra, it is necessary to have proof of access to higher education in the Principality of Andorra. International students who have not studied in Andorra must apply to the Ministry of Higher Education of the Government of Andorra for a certificate of access to higher education via a foreign qualification. This procedure must be done at the Servei de Tràmits (One-stop Government Service). More information
